ENG FAILURE after V1

Departing VIDP RWY 28 in FLEX thrust. Two seconds after passing V1 at 136 kt, a MASTER CAUTION fires with a single chime — ECAM displays ENG 1 FAIL. No fire. The engine has flamed out. Asymmetric thrust demands immediate rudder correction.

V1 is passed — takeoff committed. Memory item: maintain direction. Follow SRS to V2. Run the ECAM at 400 ft: IGN → IDLE → 30 s relight wait → if none, MASTER OFF. Accelerate clean to green dot single-engine. FORDEC, declare PAN PAN, return VIDP.
